Escape Vents EV-1, 2, 3

Dimensions:
Outer dimensions are 8" long x 5" wide, (20cm long x 13cm wide). Hole dimensions are available in the following sizes: EV-1 6 3/8" long x 1 ˝" high, (16cm long x 4cm high). EV-2 6 3/8" long x 1 11/16" high (16cm long x 5cm high). EV-3 6 3/8" long x 1 ž" high (16cm long x 5cm high). Check with local marine regulatory agencies on legality of certain traps.
Use:
Used in conjunction with multi-species traps. If the traps are not collected, the animals must have a way to escape. By having an escape vent attached to the trap with steel hog rings. (which rust after a period of time in salt water) allowing the crab etc. to escape. Required in certain areas of the world to comply with government regulations.
