Stainless steel rollers are P.V.C lined foam filled for quiet operation, pneumatic batching with positive power in both directions, split front bushing housing for easy replacement, stainless steel batch bearings, all aluminum frame and tray, roller adjustment knobs on pulley and output ends for easy and repeatable roller adjustments, roller adjustment from ½" to 2", 3 way adjusting photo-electric eyes with disconnect for easy replacement, nema 4X fiberglass enclosure to protect electronics from the harsh environment, grease fitting on all necessary moving and adjustable parts, timing belt drives to eliminate slippage from roller to roller, adjustable drive and motor belts.
