Stuffed Mussels

Ingredients:
|
4 dozen mussels=cleaned, and scrubbed
1/2 cup of dry white wine
2 tbls. olive oil
1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs
3 garlic cloves-minced
1 tbl. parsley-mnced
4 tbls. melted butter
salt, and pepper

Preparation:
|
steam mussels in olive oil, and wine/remove from shells, and chop/mix with bread crumbs,butter,garlic, and parsley/moisten with mussel stock/fill half shells with mixture, and bake at375 for 12-15 minutes
